1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use SugarDaddyMeet. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reason to believe the member is under 18.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account by contacting support@sugar-daddy-meet.au.

3. Acceptable Use

When using SugarDaddyMeet, you agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information on your profile
Impersonate any person or entity
Harass, threaten, or intimidate other members
Solicit money from other members via scams, fraud, or deception
Advertise escort services, prostitution, or any illegal sexual services
Post content that is offensive, defamatory, pornographic, or illegal
Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from our platform without written consent

4. Prohibited Conduct — Zero Tolerance

SugarDaddyMeet operates a zero-tolerance policy for the following:

Any form of escort service advertising or solicitation of sexual services in exchange for money
Grooming, harassment, or exploitation of other members
Distribution of non-consensual intimate imagery
Any activity that violates Australian law or the law of the member's jurisdiction

Violations will result in immediate and permanent account termination, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

5. Membership & Payments

Free membership provides limited access to our platform. Premium memberships are available on a subscription basis. By purchasing a premium plan, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Refunds are not provided for unused portions of a subscription period unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content (photos, text, etc.) you upload to SugarDaddyMeet. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform. You represent that you have the right to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SugarDaddyMeet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. We do not conduct criminal background checks on our members and cannot guarantee the truthfulness of any member's profile.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, SugarDaddyMeet Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, or personal harm arising from interactions with other members.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
